Jamaica Customs charges duty on what you actually paid. Without the seller's invoice we can't file your entry, so the package waits.

Do you ship by sea, or take barrels?
No. DNA Express is air freight only. Every package flies. If you need a barrel or a sea container, you will want a different forwarder.
How long does a package take?
It depends on the day it reaches Miami and how quickly customs releases it. You can watch it move through received, transit, processing and ready in your account rather than guessing.
Why does my package say unassigned?
It arrived without your mailbox number, so we have a box we cannot match to an account. Send us the tracking number and we will connect it.
How do I pay what I owe?
Your balance is itemised in your account, broken down into freight, processing, storage, customs, handling and GCT. Payment is arranged with us directly.
